BREAKDANCING

Learn the fundamentals of breakdancing in a high-energy, beginner-friendly environment. Dancers will build strength, coordination, and confidence as they explore top rocks, footwork, freezes, and more. As an official AAU studio, we follow recognized training standards that support safe progression and long-term skill development. This class is perfect for students looking to build strong foundations while expressing their individual style.

TUMBLING

Our tumbling program builds strength, flexibility, and body control in a safe and supportive setting.

  • Level 1: Focuses on basics like forward rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels, while developing core strength and coordination.

  • Level 2: Builds on foundational skills with drills for back walkovers, round-offs, and introduction to handsprings.

  • Level 3: Designed for students working on advanced tumbling such as multiple back handsprings, aerials, and tumbling passes.

COMBO CLASSES

Our Combo Classes introduce  dancers (Ages 2-6) to the basics of ballet, jazz, and tumbling in a fun and nurturing environment. Dancers build coordination, rhythm, and body awareness through age-appropriate movement, music, and creative play. These classes lay a strong foundation in dance technique while encouraging confidence, listening skills, and a love for learning.

BALLET

HIP HOP

JAZZ

Our ballet program focuses on technique, posture, strength, and grace—building a strong foundation for all styles of dance.

  • Level 1 (Novice/Beginning): Introduces ballet basics, positions, and terminology while developing coordination and body awareness.

  • Level 2 (Pre-Intermediate): Expands on foundational skills with increased focus on alignment, strength, and musicality.

  • Level 3 (Intermediate): Builds technical precision and artistry with more complex barre, center, and across-the-floor work.

*Dancers may be individually evaluated for pointe readiness once they’ve demonstrated sufficient strength, control, and understanding of ballet technique.*

Hip Hop classes bring energy, rhythm, and creativity to the dance floor while teaching foundational movement and musicality. Dancers explore various styles of hip hop—from old school to current trends—while also learning about the culture, history, and roots of the genre.

  • Ages 5–8: Focus on rhythm, coordination, and basic grooves through fun, age-appropriate choreography.

  • Ages 9+: Dive deeper into hip hop foundations, performance quality, and style variation with opportunities for growth and freestyle exploration.

Jazz class is all about power, precision, and personality! Dancers learn dynamic movement, kicks, leaps, and turns while improving flexibility, strength, and musicality.

  • Jazz 1 (Ages 6–9): Introduces jazz technique with fun, age-appropriate choreography and foundational skills.

  • Jazz 2 (Ages 9–13): Builds on those foundations with more challenging combinations, improved control, and performance quality.

Jazz is a great way for dancers to build confidence and stage presence while growing technically.

LEAPS & JUMPS

CHEER/POM

Technique class focuses on the core skills that support all styles of dance—turns, leaps, kicks, flexibility, and strength.

  • Novice: Introduces basic skills and body awareness through drills and conditioning.

  • Beginning: Builds strength and control while refining execution of turns, leaps, and extensions.

  • Intermediate: Challenges dancers with more advanced combinations and emphasis on precision, alignment, and performance quality.

Consistent technique training helps dancers grow in all areas of their dancing and prevents injury through proper form.

Intermediate/Advanced

This high-energy class is all about power, elevation, and control. Dancers focus on mastering proper technique and alignment for a variety of leaps, jumps, and directional changes. Through strength-building drills and dynamic combinations, dancers will improve height, rotation, and landing mechanics—enhancing their performance in all styles of dance.

(Ages 8–13)

This class combines the energy of cheerleading with the precision of pom dance! Dancers will learn sharp arm motions, jumps, basic cheer lifts, and pom routines that build strength, coordination, and team spirit. It’s a great way for ages 8–13 to develop performance skills, rhythm, and confidence—all while having a blast!

Competition Teams (Ages 5–21)

Our Competition Program offers dancers the opportunity to train at a higher level, build strong team connections, and perform throughout the community and beyond. All teams perform in both studio recitals, local holiday events, and compete with 2–3 routines plus a holiday routine. Placement is based on age, experience, and readiness.

 

Prep Teams: Great for dancers new to competing! These teams attend 2 local competitions and focus on building confidence, stage presence, and foundational technique.

Academy Teams: Designed for dancers ready for more stage time and training. These teams compete in 3 competitions, perform in local events , and have the option to attend dance conventions.

Company Teams: Company dancers attend 5 competitions, perform regularly at community showcases .special events like Odyssey’s Thriller, and participate in conventions to train with top choreographers.

 

All competition dancers are part of a supportive, hard-working community where growth, teamwork, and a love for dance come first
