Kickin’ It Dance Co. respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, registration forms, or studio communications (including names, emails, phone numbers, and payment info) is used solely for studio operations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All online payments are processed through secure, trusted platforms.
Tuition Policy
A non-refundable registration fee is due annually: $35 per dancer or $65 per family.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and holds your dancer’s spot in class. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

Each additional class adds an additional fee.

Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for each additional sibling.

A $10 late fee will be applied after the 5th of the month.

A $10 service charge will be added each time an attempt to collect a past-due balance is made.

Credit card payments will include a 2.5% transaction fee; ACH payments include a $3.00 processing fee and are non refundable

Tuition must be current at the time of all performances

Tuition is non-refundable and will not be prorated for missed classes, holidays, or short-term absences. Automatic payments are encouraged for convenience and to avoid late fees.
Drop/Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw from a class or team, written notice must be submitted to the studio by the 25th of the month to allow time to adjust any automatic payments. Notices must be submitted by email.

Tuition will continue to be billed until formal notice is received.

Dancers may not be eligible for a refund if costumes, competition fees, or other expenses have already been paid or ordered.

Verbal notice to instructors does not qualify as official withdrawal.
